Cardiff Youth Service is seeking to recruit a part time Youth Support Worker (Street based/Detached) with a real commitment to supporting young people based in the communities of Ely and Caerau. 

Working with young people aged 14-19 on a Monday and Wednesday evenings (6-9pm), the post holder will establish and maintain productive working relationships with young people to promote inclusion and aid progression within communities.  This will be achieved through offering face to face engagement, Information support services and promoting a rights based approach to the social development of young people.
