An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed individual with excellent customer service skills to join our North Hub team. You will have knowledge of housing, benefits, rehousing and other council services. You will assist with the delivery of a high quality library service.
The successful applicant will be required to work collaboratively with various partner organisations to provide a holistic service to customers.
You will actively assist in promoting digital inclusion and financial inclusion to help customers maximise their income and secure affordable housing.
You will have experience of providing excellent customer service, work well in a team and have a flexible approach. You will have exceptional communication and IT skills and the ability to resolve disputes in a positive and constructive manner.
The ability to speak other languages, in particular Welsh, Somali, Arabic or Polish would be an advantage.
