The Capital Ambition Delivery Team is part of Customer and Digital Services. The Team play a key role in delivering Cardiff Council’s Capital Ambition Delivery Programme.
The Capital Ambition Delivery Team is made up of Project Managers and Business Analysts who work with all of the Council’s Directorates to help implement key projects within the Capital Ambition Delivery Programme.
We are looking to appoint a Senior Business Analyst to this team.
The successful candidate will:
•have proven experience of developing, appraising and recommending options for business and service improvement;
•have detailed experience of developing, analysing and evaluating business requirements;
•have experience of stakeholder management, including developing and maintaining working relationships with key stakeholders;
•have experience of leading and facilitating workshops which capture data, establish the current / future processes to support the development of the project blueprint;
•be proficient in the use of business modelling tools and software and can demonstrate the ability to prepare detailed process maps.
