Cardiff Council is looking to recruit a highly motivated individual to assist the existing Benefit Cap Team structure.

The candidate will assist with the day to day running of the team as well as collating information from various sources to collate for statistic purposes. They will also assist in collating monthly, quarterly and annual reports.

There are no formal qualification or experience requirements however the successful applicants must have excellent communication & IT skills and the ability to adapt and learn quickly. A knowledge of the current benefit cap process would be advantageous.

A positive and customer focused attitude is essential as is the ability to work to targets and deadlines.

A knowledge of other languages, in particular Welsh, Arabic, Somali, Polish or Czech would be an advantage.
