We are looking for an appropriately qualified Architect (Chartered or equivalent) to work in the Architectural Group in Projects, Design and Development within the Economic Development service area.
You will be AutoCAD and Revit proficient and assist in managing the Architectural Group in preparing design proposals and tender documentation for a wide range of building projects.
This is a challenging role and you will be expected to become the design team leader on a range of schemes ensuring designs produce best value for the Council. The role will also entail driving the changes brought about by Building Information Modelling, necessary to meet Welsh Government targets. The role will require excellent communication and organisational skills together with extensive architectural experience.
