These posts require experience of working with unemployed people/long term economically inactive, providing employment support such as CV writing, job application form help, use of Universal Job Match and able to provide a high level of customer service.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for committed individuals with excellent customer care skills to join our Into Work Advice Service Team.

The successful applicants will help provide a professional face to face service to give practical help in job seeking skills, job applications and assisting clients to produce relevant, appropriate and professional CV’s to assist clients to get ‘back to work’.
You will have experience of working in a Benefits or job seeking related environment.

You will have experience of working with customers on a face to face basis and a commitment to providing a high quality customer service. You will have good communication and IT skills and the ability to resolve disputes in a positive and constructive manner.

You will assist to encourage financial and digital inclusion by providing practical assistance to help customers ‘get on-line’.

You will work well in a team, have excellent communication skills and have a flexible approach.

The ability to speak other languages, in particular Welsh, Somali, Arabic or Polish would be an advantage.
