These vacancies are only available to employees of Cardiff Council including Cardiffworks and Agency Workers currently engaged with the Council.
An opportunity has arisen for two Administration Assistants within the Property Services Team, working from Coleridge Road. Please note these posts are temporary for 18 months.
The successful applicants will provide efficient and effective administrative support to the team, undertaking a range of activities including - works order management, input of data into computer based systems, production of reports and filing (both paper based and electronic) and also dealing with customer queries.
Other duties will include assisting with the procurement process for goods and services relating to Property Services in line with the Council's Financial Regulations, and including processing of payments through SAP and other technology.
The role also include arranging meetings, preparing documentation and minute taking, and may on occasions involve visiting a variety of different types of non-domestic buildings and locations.
