An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and experienced manager to lead the Neighbourhood Regeneration Team.

The post holder will be responsible for the delivery of a programme of regeneration projects across Cardiff including estate regeneration, community facilities, community shopping centres and continuing the community HUB’s & Day Centres programme. 

The post holder will be responsible for the management of the Neighbourhood Regeneration team and for monitoring the performance of external contractors and consultants. They will control resources and associated budgets to ensure an efficient and cost effective service is provided.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with a strong track record of managing regeneration projects and delivering effective consultation and resident engagement initiatives, whilst achieving high levels of performance and outcomes.

The right individual will have the vision to identify future opportunities for the department and the ability to plan strategically for the needs of the service.
