This vacancy is only available to employees of Cardiff Council including Cardiffworks and Agency Workers currently engaged with the Council.

The Engagement Manager will play a key role in securing there is a co-ordinated approach to ensuring there is effective targeted support in place for children and young people.

Reporting to the Achievement Leader, Targeted Support, Early Help and Engagement, the Engagement Manager will play a key role in managing the work of the Education Welfare Service, EOTAS and exclusions services to ensure there is a co-ordinated approach to securing appropriate early help and targeted services for children and young people.

The successful candidate will also have a key role in managing the development of effective links and work in partnership with the Family Gateway and Early Help Service, MASH and Safeguarding Officers in Children’s Services to ensure there is effective targeted support in place for children and young people.
