Cardiff Council aims to provide a high quality, accessible service. The Service currently has a full time vacancy for an Accounts Officer (Rents) within the Rent Control Team. 

The main function of the post is to assist with all rent accounting functions, cash collection and leaseholder service charge functions.

Essential requirements include experience in maintaining financial records, the use of spreadsheets and ability to follow complex procedures. A good level of numeracy is also required.
