An exciting opportunity has arisen within Housing & Communities Service Area and the Day Opportunities Team. The team offers support and reablement to older people and people with a Physical or Sensory Disability.
We are seeking an innovative, resourceful person who can use their initiative and has good interpersonal skills to join our team.
You will have your own caseload, have responsibility to assess, support, research venues, and enable people to achieve agreed outcomes in engaging with their community.
You will need to demonstrate an ability to respond sensitively to individual’s physical and personal care needs as well as having a positive can do attitude with strong communication skills.
You will need a full valid driving licence, and have daily use of a car for business use.
