An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to join our Independent Living Support Service as a Floating support Accommodation Support officer (specialising in services for older people).
You will need to have experience of providing support to individuals and families, along with experience in a Housing related environment.
You will need to be an excellent communicator with the ability to assess and support people either from their hospital setting or in their own home/community environment. You will need to form partnerships with internal and external services and organisations in order to assist the person with achieving their outcomes and goals.
