We currently have a vacancy within the Adult Services Review Team currently based at County Hall.

We are seeking to recruit a Social Work Assistant on a permanent basis in our highly motivated team.

The post will be for 37 hours per week over 5 days. 

The job purpose is to work with our office based Duty Team to manage incoming phone enquiries and emails while working with citizens and care agencies to resolve any issues which may need an urgent response. 
You may also be called on to review and or reassess service users in their homes.  The post requires an individual who can offer good communication skills and a flexible approach to the needs of the team.
