We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed person to work as part of the Outreach Services team and deliver a high quality, customer focused service to the public via the Mobile library service.
You will need a high level of communication skills, both verbal and written, a flexible and positive outlook, coupled with an ability to cope with change.
You will need to have a broad knowledge of books and other media. You will have a strong commitment to customer care and the principle of Equal Opportunity. This is a challenging and demanding post but also fulfilling and rewarding.
The ability to drive and a full clean UK driving licence is essential to this post. Your licence must have been obtained prior to January 1997 or you will require a clean C1 category licence if obtained after January 1997.
